What do I need to do?
Simply go to our Self Serve site and register for Self Serve. All you need is a copy of your last bill. If you don't have a copy of your last bill, simply call us a 613-638-7873 or send a request to techhelp@nrtco.net and we'll be happy to register your acount for eBilling instantly.
What happens then?
You will be able to view your bills online through our Self Serve site. When a new bill is ready you will be notified by e-mail. When you receive the e-mail you can then login, view, print or download your bill.
