Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Door-to-Door Sales Representative to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for promoting and selling our telecommunications services directly to potential customers in residential areas. This role requires a highly personable approach, with a strong emphasis on customer interaction and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

- Visit residential areas as assigned to present and sell company's telecommunication services, including internet, phone, and TV packages.
- Generate leads through door-to-door sales tactics, engaging with potential customers to understand their needs and offer customized solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company's offerings, promotions, and pricing to effectively communicate benefits to customers.
- Complete sales orders, process customer information, and ensure timely follow-up for installation and service activation.
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets while adhering to company's policies and procedures.
- Provide feedback from customers to the sales and marketing teams to help shape future promotions and products.
- Attend regular training sessions and meetings to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; further education or certification in sales, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in door-to-door sales or telecommunication services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to persuade and close sales deals.
- Self-motivated with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales management tools is beneficial.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, to meet customers' availability.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation to travel within the assigned region.
